what to expect
My goal is to make the process of procuring new creative assets for your brand as seamless as possible. From the moment you first contact me to the moment the final images land in your inbox, you'll know exactly what to expect. Once you've initiated contact, I'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule a discovery call (or schedule one yourself using the button below), and the process kicks off from there!
1 discovery call
For me to provide the most accurate estimate possible for your project, we'll need to hop on a quick 30-minute call so I can learn a little about you and your business. We'll discuss details like the number of images, styling requirements, image licensing, and final deliverables.
2 proposal
Once I've got a good idea of the scope, I'll take 24 hours after our call to put together a cost estimate and proposal for your specific project. If everything looks good, we'll move on to signing our initial agreement and paying a deposit to secure the project date.
3 onboarding
Now that we've decided to work together, I'll start off by introducing any additional team members and laying out the initial tasks to get the project rolling. I'll also send available dates so we can pencil in our pre-production meeting.
4 PRE-PRODUCTION MEETING
The key to a great photoshoot is leaving nothing to chance. In this meeting, we'll gather all involved team members and iron out the details. We'll develop a shot list and brainstorm creative ideas.
5 creative signoff
Based on the creative ideas we discussed, I'll develop a mood board of visual references to ensure we're all on the same page for the vision of the shoot. Either I or a props stylist will provide samples of props. Once everything has your go-ahead, we keep moving forward!
6 final cross-check
The day prior to the shoot I'll get in touch to ensure all systems are go. Our food's ready, our props are in place, everyones informed of their role, and we're ready to get on set and have a successful photoshoot!
7 shoot day
This is the best part! The culmination of all our planning and careful attention to detail. We'll have fun capturing images that you'll be able to see and approve in real time, whether you'll be on set or joining remotely. No surprises here!
8 post-production
After editing and retouching, I'll provide your images via an easy to use web gallery. You'll be able to download and use them immediately! Plus, I'll ensure everything is backed up and archived so you have access to your files in the long term.
